This statement covers the Climate Prescience website and enquiries sent to Climate Prescience Limited.

When you contact us

If you email us, we receive the contact details and project information you choose to provide. We use that information to respond, scope work and manage our relationship with you. Please avoid including confidential third-party or sensitive personal information in an initial enquiry.

Email is provided through Google Workspace. We retain correspondence for as long as it is needed for the enquiry, agreed work and applicable record-keeping obligations.

Hosting and essential operation

Cloudflare hosts the website and processes connection information, including IP addresses and technical request details, to deliver and protect it. Your browser may store our cookie preference locally. Neither that preference nor the interactive map requires an analytics account or analytics cookies.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics is only loaded after you choose “Allow analytics”, when this option is available. It helps us understand page visits, device types, time spent, sections viewed, map settings and contact-link clicks. Choosing “Essential only” leaves the whole website available.

We do not send project-email contents to Analytics, and our events omit URL query strings. Advertising personalisation and Google Signals are disabled in the website integration. Google and Cloudflare may process information outside New Zealand under their service arrangements.

When analytics is available, you can change your choice through “Cookie settings” in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics collection on this browser and clears the analytics cookies the website can access. It does not erase information previously processed by Google.
